I was browsing in Argos for a new keyboard and happened across this item. It costs a lot of money but - what is it? What does it do?

I read the full product information and I am still clueless.

****Whilst I am here ->>> keyboards for PCs. Some are really cheap and some quite dear. Apart from brand names and durability does it matter what I get?

The description and the photo don't match really, I think argos may have mucked up on that one! I think the product they mean isn't a keyboard, but a vehicle mount rugged computer...

To answer the other question, keyboards are very much a matter of personal taste, obviously some are higher quality than others but if you don't like the feel of typing on them it's pointless getting them...

This is why keyboards are one of the few products I recommend people get from somewhere like pc-world so you can go in and try it out and get a feel for it before buying one.

Chuck - thanks for keyboard info. I touch type and a well designed keyboard is great to work with. I shall go and annoy the little boys in pc-world (if we still have one) and get me a keyboard.

Dave - so it is a robust little computer, thanks for that. I thought that I was totally cracking up.
