Good moaning peeps.
Guess what...its persisting down again..! Never mind kip things will get better. When I was growing up and realized all these people around me were relatives I decided to move as far away as possible, you know what they say. “How much you feel loved is all relative. It depends on which family you’re born into.”and anyways Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.:O)I fell out of bed and landed on me best glasses so Ive had to order some new ones from glassesdirect.Thank goodness they print the prescriptions out now. They use to write them out and I once did it online and when me glasses came back, out of the right eye I could see fer bloomin miles and out off me left one I thought Id gone blind..!hehe.! anyways hope you folks are okay..catch youes later..(:O)
Blimey netti...your looking ravishing today..hehe..!(:O)
Reporting in.

Hi

Reporting out.
morning all...Kit I will pray for you and your relis if you will allow it? Dogs wouldn't go out yesterday until they were bursting. On our wideish patio we have a heap of leaves blown there by the wind. Huge heap but not very high. When the weather is really bad, our ruff tuff doggies rush out and do their business on there and rush back in again....makes cleanup really easy but i shudder to think what the neighbours think lol.
Today I take the last of my preventive antibis which is excellent news as they make me feel like a pile of dogs doings and are the kind that you can't have alcohol with. Not that i am addicted but with the pre kitchen hullaballoo here I would give...well quite a lot to be able to sit dowm quietly with a glass of wine.
other good news (look away NOW Vinny) is that i went to M and S to buy vests and got pretty little fuchsia and violet ones with spaghetti straps and LACE!!! I am a big lady and usually end up with the kind that are cream or off white and come down to your knees cos that's all they have in my size so a bit of sexy warmth is something to get excited over. I did get the come down to your knees type as well for colder days but even those are black and lacey....
Are we all keeping well in this diabolical weather?
and please oh please are we having a grotto this year, i have my christmas screen saver up already.

Ha ha woofy, sexy warmth, is there such a thing. I love long vests which can tuck into my thongs (oh alright then, my bloomers) can't stand being cold and my lower back, nose and thighs all feel the cold intensely. Have just found out that the cat I gave away belonged to the arabs living at the back, but the animal charity said it was not very well looked after and had broken bones which had mended which is probably the reason she loved me and wouldn't go home. Anyway they are not giving her back and she is staying with the new loving owners who actually wanted her!

So do not leave children or grandchildren parked too near to my house for too long or they'll be given away.
Report back with a bit more time.

Keep your chin up Swedie and if you want to liaise via email feel free.

Woofie, I know just what you mean about dogs. One of ours does manage to get as far as the grass but the yorkie is rather prone to going out the back door and performing as close as he can to it. Hence, lots of swearing as we unknowingly tread in the stuff!!! He has long 'hair' and hates it blowing in the wind.

I just ordered a thermal vest from Marks which I thought was very acceptable.

'Twill do the trick under the fleecy jackets that my friend from Gorleston made me buy. If you are looking Gorlestone friend I have ordered two more as they are so lovely and warm and easy to wash. Purfick!!

I can see I am going to live in them year round.
For some unknown reason, I didn't see you there Neti. It's a wonder I missed you though wearing these:

A'noon campers.......oh heck, have I not been in since Friday? There's a lot to catch up...it's amazing what you can get done when you don't come on here ya know!

Erm, let's see....
[Puts motown album on for Jude ;o)]

Have a good trip jno...mange tout. I know what you mean about wanting to keep everything for yourself....

Vinny, you fell out of bed? tut...you'll have to take some viagara before you go to sleep...it'll stop you rolling over ;o)

Glad the shopping jaunt went well ladies! M&S should be sending us a hamper for all the advertising we're doing for them...those fleeces look just the job Lottie, what are they like for size? Generous or snug?

Sorry about your troubles Sweedie...I always think that if you're in real doubt, say nothing, you don't want to panic about having been too open & as others have said there's always email. I've had some moments when I just needed a good rant about 'stuff' and then thought better of it. I've decided you sometimes have to be what some people might regard as selfish but I call it self preservation, you can't please everyone & you can't save the world.

It's Charlie's birthday!! He's 13...snoring in bed at the moment but he's been running me ragged all morning.

[Now let me see if I've got some nice scratchy wool to knit 'em all a pair of pants, it'll be a nice change from xmas tank tops]
Afternoon Robbie. The fleeces are snug, you need a size larger than usual. So that will be a size 4 for you ;o).
I bought two and have now ordered two more. Really warm and nice for indoors and outdoors in the warmer weather and a good quality fleece. Could do with being perhaps an inch or two longer but still look nice.

Just for Charlie

Now Sqad will accuse us of living together again Robinia!!!
ooh lovely jackets Lottie, Are they very fitted and do they cover the bum? I am kind of circular in that area (well all over really) so don't do short or fitted
not very fitted but nicely shaped Woofie. They aren't short - sort of hip length but they don't cling. I wouldn't say they covered all the bum but most of it. Unfortunately, my middle bit is the bit that needs covering more than the bum!!
And they fit nicely under a big thick warm coat or jacket so you can be extra snug!!
Oh no not another glasses crisis.Mr S has lost his specs over the weekend .Good job he has spares. I've turned the place upside down ,even had all the junk out of the wheelie thinking he may have chucked them out with the papers .It's a complete mystery .
I have those vests Lofty but with long sleeves .The fleeces are lovely Robinia .I get a bigger size as I don't like tight things .You can then wear a t shirt or thinner top under them .Layering :)

Poor old Sweedie ...sorry to hear you are so downhearted .Chin up and KBO.Nil desperandum. You know where we are :)

Good news .My bro has diverticulo ..something or other .Nothing nasty .He needs to go on a special diet etc to get it under control.Which means he'll be like a bear with a sore bum if can't have his bread pudding :)

Happy Birthday Charlie xx

Have a nice time in Paris Jno Bon Voyage .

Her Highness, China, She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed, Doll is off to Sydney for Christmas so she should be popping up in photos like that soon.
Hi Shaney,

Glad it's good news for your brother. Diverticulitis just needs careful treatment. Mum had it most of her life, and it sort of runs in our family (ha ha, excuse the pun) - very similar to IBS with its symptoms.

(So apart from the black and purple jackets I bought, I have now ordered bright blue and black. If there had been a bright mauve in stock I might well have ordered that as well!!) It's all your fault!! xx
Happy Birthday Charlie! I would say your Mum seems to have been taking advantage of your toothless situation FOR SOME TIME NOW http://i45.tinypic.com/2rxw29u.jpg ha ha ha!

Thanks EVERYONE for your very kind words, I appreciate it a lot, you are good friends indeed. I'm not depressed, just sad about a whole lot of things, present - and past, activated by the present. Woofy I'll quote Shaney who put it very nicely I think, she said something like "I'm not a praying person myself" - and neither am I, but, like Shaney, I appreciate your kindness and I certainly don't mind.

Looks like Vinny has taken Robi's good advice http://i46.tinypic.com/vi39j.jpg

Woofie, just put one of those fleeces on and would say that it ends about 8ins. from my waist (well where my waist used to be!). The larger they are the longer they are. I am a 16/18 and tall and the size 20 fits comfortably.
