What was that chain of eateries along A roads, Dot?

Was it Happy Eater? They did that pancake for the Queen's Jubilee, and called it Jubilee Pancake. There's original - but it was a very fabby pancake indeed.

I agree Jules but I think its to do with the making of the batter, then leaving it for half an hour etc etc....

I have seen bottles of batter mix in the supermarkets though :-)
