We nearly bought one last summer but for many reasons decided not to in the end.

my family have a nice caravan and get out and about in it as much as possible, i know they can't currently as most of the sites are closed due to the pandemic.

Got to go today to sort one or two bits and dabs out ( advice on this and that) then any time mid morning tomorrow, insurance starts at midnight tonight. Have been on global earth most of this week looking at routs/plans for Scotland. And now the NHS is being looked after up there, no worries!! And the way things are going with Boris's fag packet ideas, I'm glad I've nearly cleared my bank out, it won't be long before they control how much we draw out. :0)

Two key rules for touring Scotland.

1. Don't stop to admire the scenery in passing places.

2. Pull over and let the locals and workers get on, the wee bit hill and glen isn't going anywhere.

i believe from what TC said that he is off now, as he said he has emptied his bank account and will be on his way. If you read his other threads about going. He has chosen Scotland, and done the research, but isn't staying on designated sites, because they are all shut.
but will be staying on farms, and such like.
