People Tree - sizes question

Has anyone bought a coat or jacket from People Tree? I'm a 14 to 16 and have heard their sizes are quite large, so wondered which size to go for. I wondered if anyone had any experience of buying from them. I have the same problem with arm length, I usually buy three quarter length and that comes down to my wrist :-) Thank you.
