I have friends in Edinburgh, they've just moved into a flat as they were sick of being snowed in during the winter and having constant repair costs for their fences and shed !

Just popped to village shop for OH's newpaper, and some ham.
Came back and two hip tiles had blown off, and smashed on the drive where my car usually sits.
Thank goodness I stayed for a yap with the girls in the shop.

Frickin' awful out there, just battled my way home from work, and had to strip everything off in the kitchen, was bloody wet through right down to my underwear.

Mr Boo laughed at me- which has gone down well, git!

Its horrible out there. I'm thinking of leaving now but just looked out the window and its really dark, galey and raining quite heavily. I'm going to have to brave it if I want to get home :o(
