Morning Jan - even though you've probably gone!
Tuesday - persisting it down and very breezy up here in NW Wales - high winds on bridges from Anglesey to mainland - quite a nasty crossing this morning
Morning Boaty - really am pleased - G is in her element when it comes to kids. We met one of my work colleagues in the church of ASDA on Sunday and she had her granddaughter with her and G had her in fits of giggles within 2 minutes! She remarked how good G was with the kids as her g/d does not take to strangers very well at all.
I can understand that mate. G has that about her, If I remember saying when we met, or just after, that I thought she would be good with the little'uns. She is easy to like. Simples, tch! :o}
They could do with some of this rain in the Blue Mountains right now. I'd vote for it to be moved for a while!
Sloopy - just sent an e-mail so you can see what Boaty and sweetpea are going on about the kids..... (puffs chest out as proud grandad and great granddad)
Terrible scenes from Oz - don't think seekerz will be affected though.
Sweetpea - flood alerts in Wales will be more Mid Wales I would have thought - more like Ratters area although I think he's high enough not to be too affected. The Mawddach River near Machynlleth tends to suffer greatly from flooding - that's the area where little April Jones was taken and if you remember from news footage the river was in flood then
