No more so than a decent earthquake.
Earthquakes can't be described as 'decent' wildwood, I'm sure you meant to say devastating.
It has been suggested that the effect of the nuclear tests on the Earth's rotational stability would be much the same as having everyone on the Earth hop up and down simultaneously. I.e., not much.
