There were more than two of most animals on Noah's Ark - read your Bible...
No-one could possibly know, seeing as we know there are species yet to be discovered . . . .
Wouldn't like the job of mucking out!
As markrae says, there were 7 of each 'clean' animal and two of each 'unclean' animal.
What if the clean ones got dirty after playing with the dirty ones?
Also it wasn't every species, it was two (or more) of every kind of animal and flying creature.
> mmmmmm 2 blue whales............................... BIG me thinks

See, the way it worked is that God sent a flood to cover the entire Earth. Blue whales, as well as all other sea-dwelling creatures, didn't actually need to be on the Ark to survive it...

Okay wiseguys :) What would've been the size of the ship to carry all of the animals as stated in the bible.
In fact the fish would have had considerably less chance off surviving if they'd been taken out the water and dumped in a boat :)

Anybody want to work out how much rain would have fallen to cover the earth to the top of the highest mountain in 40days?
Read your Bible...
1786 cubits by 312 cubits by 300 cubits. Approximately.

Yes..........there was a bit of a loophole that all of the sea and water-dwelling creatures managed to exploit.

Blue Whales are over 33m long..........so take it from there.
Indeed.

What's a cubit in feet or inches, also what was the depth and weight?
About the size of a rowing boat - these days, you'd carry eggs and semen!
Remember that the ark was built by amateurs and the Titanic was built by professionals.
The woodpeckers INSIDE are often a bigger threat than the storm outside.
But Mark...the Bible isn't mention in the question.
