What power microscpe would I need to look at my Koi carp scale diesease, and pond water specimen. Many Thanks

For scale diseases , 400x or above will meet the requirements. Magnification below this can be inconclusive. As far as pond water is concerned, it depends what you're looking for. Try suitable objective/eyepiece combinations from 20x upwards and see how you get on.

I don't see why not but it would be an expensive meal. Some of these fish change hands for hundreds of pounds.
