Is it possible for a substance to exist that increases in solubility and then when it reaches a certain temperature the solubility decreases? explain.

Dunno about when it reaches a certain temperature, but calcium carbonate certainly becomes less soluble as temperature rises. Hence furred pipes and kettles.
