I sprained my ankle on Saturday - initially thought to be broken, but xrays couldn't find a break (even when the fracture bods had a second look).

Treatment is rest and elevation - and the pain is now much better and I can hobble about on crutches.

But ... I have developed a nasty looking fracture blister - what (if anything) should I be doing to alleviate it ?

dave......I am not sure that it really matters what you do...pop them or leave them.

personally, I would leave well alone and monitor the situation for the next 4-5 days.

Ta sqad - I'm very much a "non-popper" by inclination - I've photographed the site and will monitor.
Time to pack the rugby in then, Dave !.
