On the one hand it would be nice to never have to see one person again. On the other... being the first person to walk on another planet! What a wonderful experience that would be. I can see the attraction.

So on those grounds... perhaps my Grandma or Great Aunt? They're both fairly old anyway.

What would be the point of going if you are not coming back? How would you be able to write a book or remind people (repeatedly) about your trip?

Maybe a suicide mission - but I would prefer to be spontaneous there.

My grandma is shortly to celebrate her 80th, and my Great Aunt already has. Hopefully that counts as "old" in most people's books.

Since this is forced to be a one-way trip it seems right to pick people who don't necessarily have long left.
