Your point being?

The amount of carbon emissions from humans and other animals breathing and farting accounts for far more than fossil fuels and volcanoes. Hold your breath and save the planet.

What we need is three times as many trees... (pauses as audience rush for the door)
There would need to be 135 volcanoes erupting annually to match human emissions. We spew out far more than volcanoes every year.

.....and the Oceans?
What about oceans?
Like I said in Ab Editor's thread: It doesn't matter if natural emissions outweigh human ones by a vast factor -- because, without the human contribution, those natural emissions would be almost exactly cancelled by a similar absorption from, say, plants photosynthesising, and marine life locking up carbon in its shells and so forth. The human contribution tips this balance. It's the difference between 100 in, 100 out, and 102 in, 100 out. It's clear then that while the extra contribution is only 1/50th of the background contribution, it's also enough to take a system away from balance and into growth.

Those figures are analogous, but the picture in real greenhouse gas emission is essentially the same.

Not half as substantial as required for holding my farts in after a night on the lash topped with a ruby!

And on that subject, surely all the lentils consumed by you lefties cannot be good!

Having shared office space with 3 veggies, I can vouch that farting was a lot more common on their side of the office than on my side. By the way, not all us "lefties" enjoy lentils. We had Pease Pudding a lot when I was a boy, as my parents were not terribly flush and now at the age of 60, I have had enough for one lifetime.

I like chickpeas though !

look up "long carbon cycle" gromit, bit of an eye openner, essentially the oceans emit the most carbon.
