Breathlessness/anxiety

To update you on previous problem. I am today out of hospital after a weeks stay for clots on both lungs with the resulting enlarged right side of the heart. All will be fixed and on warfarin for 6 months
Already able to go upstairs in a oner where before it took me a couple of rests.
Thanks to all who were concerned enough to try and help me
