There has been a recent determination in the Employment Trubunal where a black female officer alleged that she had been discriminated (against).

One feature was that the tribunal found that reports the Met didnt like were regularly re-written, and the originals deleted.

The tribunal found race discrimination, which means the damages are unrestricted. Elliott Brown ( Brown v CMFT ) got £106 000 just in case you are wondering what the ball park is

Grewal J says he wouldnt have found discrimination UNLESS / BUT FOR the first draft report and then implies there are others whose claims have been dismissed that shouldnt have been.
