i have put Britannica 2009 into the computerto get some information,but i've not done it for ages and i cant work out what to do,nothing is happening,what keys do i press????

i have the disc in and closed the drawer

you've got the disc right way up? Have you tried going to My Computer and clicking on whichever drive it is?
