This is my first attempt at this crossword and I've managed to complete the grid (It took me a long time though!) Is that it or do I have to state what the theme is or anything else??? Can I send in the grid I printed from the internet or does it have to be the original from the mag?

Well done.

You just send it in as is. Sometimes it is necessary to highlight the theme words but that will always be made clear in a preamble.
