My son is 16 this w/e and he's having a party at home. The boys will be drinking beer (in moderation) but what can I give the girls (most of which are only 15) which will get them in the mood without getting drunk. Dont want to get alcopops or vodka shots - is there a punch that I could give them to make them get a bit silly and think they have loads to drink without actually doing so?

you're responsible for children in your house. personally, I think providing alcohol is foolish.

Me too.................As said already on you're other thread..............Tizer should do it!

NO ALCOHOL ADVISED..............THEY ARE CHILDREN!!!!!!!
no doubt some will smuggle in their own booze, but this is just irresponsible.
.................besides they'll be happy enough as it is............and you dont wanna have smelly puke all over your carpets and furniture, do you?

Just the music played will " put them in the mood".............you dont have to be off your trolley with booze to have a great time.................:0)
jo90.....I think that you are acting responsibly for staying at your house for the party. Difficult....16yr olds have always drank alcohol.

The girls....shandy?
No doubt, sara ( hiya sweetheart x ) , but at least we warned jo90 of it, eh? xx
You havin' a giraffe, squiddly?
I don't feel particularly punitive about this myself, but are you sure the parents of these 15-year-olds are in agreement with your proposal to serve alcohol? You could be in trouble if not.

This should be linked as jo90 asked Q before
Perhaps just some Shandy Bass that is on the fizzy soft drink shelf in the supermarket. Obviously jo you should be in charge of pouring the drinks. Also check that none of them sneak in vodka in small bottles, 15 and 16 year olds will always find a way round getting alcohol into a party - just be aware.
I agree with Den...............15/16 year olds DO find a way of bringing drinks into a party, but to actively encourage it, as you are the parents there in charge, is just not right, in opinion.

If they bring it in, at least you can say to their parents that YOU did'nt supply it, if they go home and are sick all over the place.
What.........another one, jo90 to add to the two you posted earlier too..........you are desperate for answers, are'nt you?

He seems rather desperate for answers on how to get these young girls 'in the mood' doesn't he!
It's all the more annoying that he or she has'nt got the decency to come on ANY threads they posted, and answer anyone's concerns, daffy, my lovely..........................

I hope you're well, sweetheart, and if you ever do me a hotdog, i'll have mustard and ketchup, but no onions, if you dont mind!!.....LOL

This is where all Britains problems start. Underage drinking.

If you must get them in the "mood", get some Coca Cola.
