A convicted paedophile lives in a cottage in the garden of my next door neighbour -he overlooks the back of my property in an elevated position. The back wall of his property is [part of the shelter shed of what was the local primary which only closed last year.

He served 4yrs in prison for holding his 2 14yr old babysitters hostage (left the wife at the local club feigning illness to get home) and forced them to watch porn. One tried to escape and he caught her at the door and held a knife to her throat and forced her back into the room. It wasnt reported in the paper the extent of any sexual conact.

Fast forward 2 years from his release and he is now my neighbour. My then 14yr old daughter ran down the stairs one night hysterical as he was in our back garden trying to entice her out her bedroom and gesticulating in a sexual manner to her -I ran out door and caught him in the garden. We had a job getting the Police to charge him but they reluctantly did and we had to endure a trial as that swine sat there and let my daughter get grilled like an adult for nearly an hour in the witness box.He gort 12mths probation

A couple of years later Police at door again asking if recognised someone with a certain description -yip him again approaching another 14yr old.-tagged this time for a year.

Now -he is on trial on 6th Aug for buying underage girls drink in exchange for sex and sending offensive graphic text messages to them..

He is arrogant enough to think he isnt doing anything wrong and that would appear to substantiated by light sentences -does he have to take a life before they take him seriously for the beast he is?

I couldn't stand living next door to him, I am positive that one day I would boil over. A long while back where I used to live I had a neighbour who had a young daughter who had been abused by a man (a friend of the family) he was convicted etc... Served his time, when he was released he was housed on the next street - where the girl still lived - needless to say they moved out straight away after much arguing with the housing association that dealt with the area he was moved into. The world is crazy. I hope he gets what he deserves Dris.
I would buy some muscle......plenty of EEuros who would turn him over for the price of a bottle.

The cops play tooo safe for our good !
That's awful for you all - it must be horrible feeling so vulnerable. When i was a teenager the local nutter followed me on my paper round and I ended up asking for help at the fire station and going home in a police car.

I cant stand living next to him -he makes me sick but short of selling up and moving im stuck with him.My daughter was rehoused at 16 by Social Services because of this so he has fundamentally infiltrated and abused our lives.I just know that if I lost it I would have made a hatchet job of it and what good would I have been to the kids?
The Police as ive said before are reluctant to pursue any allegations as they think we all have a vigilante mentality thus the Paedos are protected from us !!
I cant believe that as recent as 12th May he has been alleged as having young girls at his home and where I am at the moment I am within spitting distance and I didnt see a thing.
would the local paper be interested in this?
invite him into your house for home-made cake and duff him in.....tell cops he made a pass at you.

jno -thats the reason not only me but the whole of the town are pig sick -no-one in any kind of authority will take it on.I firmly believe that he is the victim of a witch hunt.Well once he's convicted i'll be in a very strong position to really stick it into them and i shall.
Tambo -he has chapped my door to offer condolences and my husband had to chase him and hold me back at the same time.He is same age as me so we were at school together but he was always a creep-real feely upper if he got half a chance.
Gonna have to stop remembering all the signs and everything else as it could make anyone feel a tad cheated.

Bear in mine he has lived next to me from this court appearance -well he was inprisoned for 9mths yesterday and placed (at last ) on the Sex Offenders Register.
Not long enough but long enough that he has no job &,no home.

O have to be careful how I phrase this as another ABer knows the family -but his ex-wifes (she left him after the first time) ex-partner- who was a gem- was found dead in Perth yesterday (no suspicious circumstances) -just in his 40's.How ironic -same day -poor poor woman :(
