Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

This is the fourth and last week of my reign of terror (or being terrified). 'Don Corleone' will now adopt his former alter ego as I return to normal daily life under the original guise of deecee131. I happily pass control (and power) to the next winner -- possibly one of the "early birds". Talking of "early birds", I need to be off on my way to umpire a cricket match today, so I believe that crofter has recruited gen2 to officiate.

This has been a most enjoyable four weeks (in spite of the weekly attack from the Gremlins). I would like to take this opportunity to thank all contestants who may have suffered through my lack of computer knowledge. Unfortunately, I was unable to get one of my 'mini-dons' to assist me in this task, as no protection money was required.
Above all others, a big �Thank you� for Jess (dogs are so forgiving) who deserves another biscuit. I mustn�t forget crofter, who was ever my guide and mentor, without whom there would not have been any links in my posting!

And finally, 'Buona Fortuna' to my successor, who I am sure will continue to keep us all guessing.

Once again, I shall follow the rules relating the word length as introduced by crofter. Each of my chosen link words contains at least four letters and at most eight. Stray outside this range and you will be wasting one or more of your attempts! Each of my selected words may go in front of or after my challenge word. The competition will officially close at 7.00pm on Sunday evening when my selected words should be declared, and points awarded in the usual manner. My fourth and final set of words to be linked will appear below at 9.00am. My thanks to gen2 who is running the show single-handedly
