After working with seekeerz (aka Steff) for over two years, I thought that I knew her every mood. When she expressed a degree of tension when chosen to set the MM Link words, I was taken aback. However it only goes to show how much respect we all have for the game and our fellow participants. Although we all feel relaxed playing the fool, there has been much "serious living" behind each and every one of us!

As far as I am aware, Sunday, the will be as normal and I shall be available for declaring "the scores on the doors"! Everything is prepared for the second week when Princess Stephanie will once again set the words to be linked! Tomorrow morning, look out for the MM Links posting which should open at 8.45am and the four words to be linked declared at 9.00am for Week 2 of our Link Game ~ hopefully with lots of points on offer.

Of course, it will also be the second week for the international version of this same game which is called KM Links (which is organised by seekeerz herself and kicks off at a slightly earlier time. Why not chance your arm at both Link Games? They remain open for most of the weekend and all entries are scored and entered on to master scoreboards.

Until tomorrow, Happy Linking!

Yes Jan...I believe you! :-))

Still vertical tearinghair?
certainly am!
well in that case tearing hair, you can clean up the shubbery after we have all fallen down!
Bottles, cans (aerosols?), plastic, papers, food scraps - sounds like there'll be plenty for the recycling collection.
I wonder if any MP might like to buy our shrubbery as a second home...and claim to refurbish it for us!!...and stock up on wine and grub!!! :-)))
We could do with some beds as well!!!
not sure would want our shrubbery to be a tax haven!
Well I reckon Gordon Brown should at least send a cleaner in! :-))
It's a disgrace!
do I trust a cleaner employed by Gorden Brown????
NO WAY
do i trust gorden brown??? I don't think so
sorry shouldn't bring politics into Friday nights(((
My fault Jan....let's get the wine back out!...

I have just had a glass of Southern Bell...anyone tried it?
Aldi sell it at about 8.50 a bottle...it is just like Southern Comfort!
Hi all of you, I doubt I will make the 9am rush in the morning, I have a very poorly dog, she has been an in patient at the vets for 3 days. I'm ringing the vet first thing tomorrow for an update on her condition but am pretty sure it is going to be bad news.
Just had a glass of Protelos which is Strontium ranelate in water!!!!!! Delicious......not!!!!!
Oh miss meg...I am so sorry.
I know what it's like to have a poorly dog. Ours had to be put to sleep last year. She was quite old and rescued from the dogs home. It is awful seeing them suffer, and you try to do your best for them.
I do hope yours is okay, but if not, I am sure you are doing all you can for her.
Please let us know how she gets on...I would really like to know.
Kay...what the 'eck is that!!!???
I need a glass of protelos! Thanks Pauline for the reply, I've had better weeks than this, even posting the MM links was far easier.
Gawd..it must have been bad!! :-))

Seriously though miss meg...I am normally around somewhere...and my e-mail address is..

[email protected]

please keep us updated.

Now have you got a glass in your hand?...No?...why not???...:-))

Yes Pauline I am drinking Bacardi, I've stopped crying now, my other baby is fast asleep on her duvet. Sorry if i've p!ssed on the bonfire tonight. I will keep you informed. Thanks, Wendyxx
Sorry to hear about your dog Miss Meg. I have 2 yorkies age 11yrs and one of them is struggling with breathing and has arthritis in front leg. The vets is my second home, in fact the receptionist said they are going to put a plaque on a chair so I have my very own seat!!!!!
The drink is something I have to have because my coeliac disease has stopped me absorbing calcium so I had osteoporosis, but this is a new drug which stimulates rebuilding of bone. had a scan after a few months and osteoporosis has virtually gone, but still have to take it every night. H ave to wait for 2 hours aftre food so it's quite often very late!!!!
Hey...give over! You have done no such thing!!!

I am so glad you joined us!
Many of us especially Kay..are dog lovers.

I am so glad you felt you could come on and tell us...
We all need to share sometimes...even in the shrubbery!!!!
Evening all!

Pauline, now all your deadly secrets are out, have you ever mistaken hair spray for deodorant? Most uncomfortable!

Jan, I've been thinking, maybe we should have a military coup. We could be run by the Gurkhas (who we all trust implicitly) led by Joanna Lumley.
