After working with seekeerz (aka Steff) for over two years, I thought that I knew her every mood. When she expressed a degree of tension when chosen to set the MM Link words, I was taken aback. However it only goes to show how much respect we all have for the game and our fellow participants. Although we all feel relaxed playing the fool, there has been much "serious living" behind each and every one of us!
As far as I am aware, Sunday, the will be as normal and I shall be available for declaring "the scores on the doors"! Everything is prepared for the second week when Princess Stephanie will once again set the words to be linked! Tomorrow morning, look out for the MM Links posting which should open at 8.45am and the four words to be linked declared at 9.00am for Week 2 of our Link Game ~ hopefully with lots of points on offer.
Of course, it will also be the second week for the international version of this same game which is called KM Links (which is organised by seekeerz herself and kicks off at a slightly earlier time. Why not chance your arm at both Link Games? They remain open for most of the weekend and all entries are scored and entered on to master scoreboards.

Hi all of you, I doubt I will make the 9am rush in the morning, I have a very poorly dog, she has been an in patient at the vets for 3 days. I'm ringing the vet first thing tomorrow for an update on her condition but am pretty sure it is going to be bad news.
Oh miss meg...I am so sorry.
I know what it's like to have a poorly dog. Ours had to be put to sleep last year. She was quite old and rescued from the dogs home. It is awful seeing them suffer, and you try to do your best for them.
I do hope yours is okay, but if not, I am sure you are doing all you can for her.
Please let us know how she gets on...I would really like to know.
Yes Pauline I am drinking Bacardi, I've stopped crying now, my other baby is fast asleep on her duvet. Sorry if i've p!ssed on the bonfire tonight. I will keep you informed. Thanks, Wendyxx
Sorry to hear about your dog Miss Meg. I have 2 yorkies age 11yrs and one of them is struggling with breathing and has arthritis in front leg. The vets is my second home, in fact the receptionist said they are going to put a plaque on a chair so I have my very own seat!!!!!
The drink is something I have to have because my coeliac disease has stopped me absorbing calcium so I had osteoporosis, but this is a new drug which stimulates rebuilding of bone. had a scan after a few months and osteoporosis has virtually gone, but still have to take it every night. H ave to wait for 2 hours aftre food so it's quite often very late!!!!
