Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Trying hard to finish this quiz off, but have 4 questions I am really stuck on.
14. From which British City was the first stamped letter posted on 2nd May 1840 ?
46. What name fills the gap. Scorpions, ???????, Eagles, Dragons, Gladiators, Hawks.
80. What veteran entertainer according tp his autobiography once entered a competition for impersonators of himself and came fifth ?
81. Nottingham, Chester, Peterborough, Guildford, Hull & Dundee will lead you to this very appropriate answer, but what is the answer ?
Any clues or help much appreciated

81. Number plates I think Nottingham is NU, Chester is MB, Peterborough is ER, Guilford is PL, Hull is AT and Dundee is ES.

Difficult quiz, but I am almost there now - whether they are all right or not !

For No.82 I've got 8, but I can't remember whether that was just a guess or I got the answer from somewhere else.
Maybe someone will agree or disagree.
