can anyone help to rearrange these letters to make a seasonal type of rose (3.5) APYACTCS.

I suspect there could be an error in the instructions/preamble and have e-mailed the setter Tim Moorey.

My partner and I have now sepnt some hours wrestling with this one. There must be something wrong somewhere, probably with the instructions, because the letters AACCPSTY throw up nothing in any anagram books or internet sites.
