Abbey Zero has no charges for using the card abroad, but does not have an interest free period.
The Post Office also has no charges whilst abroad and has 3 months interest free for purchases.
The only other card that doesn't charge whilst abroad is Nationwide, also with a 3 month interest free transaction period.
So there is not a card available that ticks all your boxes.

Hi Mirela, I'm going back to Southern China (Nanning, Guangxie) we're doing a bit of a tour it's changed several times but we're now going to Li Jiang in Yunnan, Detai waterfalls and possibly Guilin and Guangzhou.
Air pollution is an issue in Nanning like all Chinese provincial capitals it's a hustling bustling city (food's great) but the traffic is'nt too bad. You can see the smog when you look out of the window, I think it's because some it's so far inland there's no wind to blow it away (I'm not a meteorologist) but China's a brilliant country and I'd reccomend it to anyone, if you like shopping go to Guangzhou, if you like beaches go to Hainan, if you like countryside and caves go to Guilin and if you like food go to Nanning. You're internal flights will come to about 200.

yunnan, guilin is a trip i always want to make. i crossed one post about olympics the other day and read your replies about china, very impressed, and so gald to see some peole could give rational and real view about the old nation. im originally from beijing, havnt back home a while tho. maybe like people said, only when you are traveling that place, you will have the interest to explore that place, im quite regret i havnt done much traveling when i was there, even didnt go to great wall!!! few friends back home recently and told me how much changes going on there, i cant wait my home visit :))
regarding your question, i reckon you checking nationwide, thats the only bank i heard wont charge you for using card abroad, also i suggestion exchange your money over there, as rate is better than here. hope you enjoy the trip.
