we wish to build 2 log cabins on our farm primarily for tourists. However, we would want to let them out for the maximum amount of time and that may not be to "tourists", but on a short assured tenancy for 6 months. Does a Section 75 restriction for tourist only restrict my ability to do this and could my planning dept. do this to me? Thereby restricting my ability to trade ,which would affect my financial viability.
