Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Thanks Katburd, usually enjoy doing all quizzes in record, guess I wont be doing this one, obviously a printing mistake. Thanks againg for taking the time to answer

Hi folks, I had an e-mail from Daily record this
morning, and yes they have a new crossword
compiler/setter the last month or so, and they
have had a lot of complaints about it being too
hard as well as being more challengening (did I spell that right.) they are trying to sort it out but as they say it all takes time.

well that was nice of the daily record to reply, I hope you also suggested that they could also make a bigger and bolder print, that may help too, (me anyway)you should have ran a wee survey to find out if any of us had other issues as well as it being challenging ?,now that we know they acknowledge your emails. so WELL DONE! nice one, :) speak again soon, thanks from me.
