Really surprised we have used Play for years without any problems. My details changed and when I came to pay it reminded me the card was invalid and just had to enter new details.

Hope you sort it out.

well all I can do is sit and wait as there is no way of contacting them in the mean time they are loosing my custom to amazon. there was an issue with me ordering my sat nav on amazon and it was sorted in minuits and i was told the second my card was refused (they accidently used an old card number) trhe genuises at play don't even have the decency to send you an email to let you know there is a problem - I'm not at all impressed
At the bottom of Play's homepage (and every other that I've been to) it has 0845 800 1020 and a link to the help pages.

the help pages seem to be a list of instructions all i want is a "contact us" link and to be able to simply send them an email not get a list of what to do if, if, if and if this or that happens
Same as dinki for me - excellent service from Play.com (and Sendit.com)

If the payment can't go through for any reason, the transaction is aborted and I have the opportunity to use a different card.

You say in your OP there is no way of contacting them - but the phone number is there, but if you don't want to call an 0845 number, call them on 0289 0921724
