Fed up sitting in waiting for gas boiler check!l

I am getting grumpier by the minute, meant to have a engineer to service the gas boiler, as yet still not arrived! at least the last company that had the contract last time gave you the option of a am/pm call, if they dont turn up i will go balastic!!!,its my first day off and i am having to sit in, dont u just hate this!

Yep suppose i could do some jobs, was wanting to take some stuff up to the recycling plant, anyway if he doesnt turn up what form of recourse do i have?
