Trees - coniferous.

To draw the longbow means to exaggerate ..to tell tall stories

I think the Equator is in Spanish Ecuador and Ecuador is across the Equator ..does that make sense ..:)
Comes from old Latin meaning equal - as in equal distance from both poles.
I think the trees must be evergreen, not coniferous, as i believe there is at least one variety of conifer which sheds its leaves. Is it a larch?
