I go to hospital on Monday for more tests, so it is unlikely that I will be entering the actual competition, however, good luck to you and the boys in blue.
The internet has changed the way such quizzes work. Keep asking, people will keep answering.

We used to look in books in libraries, then we had our own encyclopaedias at home, then there was google, now there is answerbank ... just a progression really.

If your purpose is demonstrate your superior ability, then you'll have to find another way. A themed quiz will be researched by whatever means from now on.
If ALL the answers are published on this site, in a malicious manner, The Macmillan Quiz run by Quizzes for Charity will cease. This will mean that much needed funds will be lost to the charity. And it will be your fault!!
Malcious? Surely you are more malicious in refusing your donation simply because you feel you're not likely to win.

If you think that's absurd ... ... then you know how I feel about your accusation.

My point is that the internet has changed things. Television companies have adapted - look at the intellectual level of the questions they ask people to phone in and answer.

Whether I donate or not has nothing whatever to do with answering questions.
Matydalover, I take it you weren't referring to me with your last post?
I am happy for people to put the odd question and answer here, but I'm not happy with someone publishing ALL the answers out of spite.
If everyone used these answers then my marking of the quiz would be impossible and it would become a lottery if a draw were to be made necessary.
In over ten years of these quizzes a draw has not been necessary as no more than 4 people have tied and division of the spoils is easy.
Banning the use of this site would be impossible, as I'm sure Harrogate Grammar School found out, so as you say media is forever changing and we have to embrace this.
