Well, wasn't it exciting last weekend? Who'd have thought it? - a clean sweep by Magyar in a difficult game with few matches elsewhere. Now everyone is thinking, "Can he do it again?". More to the point though, 'If Magyar can do it, then anyone can'. There's nothing to it really, just let your mind go blank and enter the first thing that comes into Pauline's mind. If you can't do that, then you'll just have to resort to the usual tricks of bribery and corruption ;-)

A word of caution: It is probably best to avoid entering the shrubbery via the bridge over the river incase you disturb the trolls sleeping beneath.

As usual, the bonus points will be there for the taking as you crawl sleepy eyed from the shrubbery at 9:00 am tomorrow and remember that the thread will be opened by Psychic Pauline at about 8.45 in the morning. The MM Link Game should then be officially launched by Queen Pauline when she posts her four words to be linked at 9.00am. Then it is up to yourselves.

The international version of this same game is called KM Links and kicks off somewhat earlier once the crossword clues have been solved. Look out for seekeerz from Oz who provides the entertainment, refreshments and rule of law when dealing with that parallel game. In this case, the choice of words and their links are out of our control. They are the grey words chosen by Kate Mepham in her GK Crosswords in the Daily Telegraph on Saturday and Monday!

Enjoy your weekend folks.

Kay did you nick the bus??
Evening all. Is everybody ok?
Oh no!!!......Not him again!!!....Get him out of my head!! :-))
Lovely Pauline just what I need right now.
Kay I thought you would have been well on the way with the Baileys by now, I am sure Nicky will cater for your every need!!
Where has Jan gone?

LaneyB, how right you are; it can even be done with the dried out rind (if you are someone who spoons rather than slices) and if no port is available, you can use strong ale such as Hardy Ale. Delicious.
No whispering tonight Magyar...people will talk!!!
Reg was well chuffed you guessed my links...he said it takes some man to read my mind!!
Don't know what he means!!
Strix, Laney...never heard of that before!
The way mind's feeling at the moment Pauline, it'll be very worrying (for both of us), if I guess your links tomorrow.
Don't know about the dried out rind Strix, think i will just stick to the port!
Magyar, well done to have got into that Pauline's mind any hints for tomorrow?
It will be very worrying for ALL of us if you guess again tomorrow.
I have my own suspicions about where Magyar's is getting his info for his accurate answers.
I will be asking, if the same thing happens again, my local MP (who live about a hundred and fifty yards away) about GCHQ and if they are monitoring communications between question setters and successful answerers.
The truth will out.......
Try these on Magyar. They may just block out Pauline's vibes.

At the moment I can sense .................. , absolutely nothing. I think Pauline must have put up some kind of force field around her brain.
Magyar...I would worry for YOU if you guess me again tomorrow!! :-))
Thanks Ont-ice, I could do with those for work at the moment. The office is getting more and more like Piccadilly station every day.
You're very welcome and you could put this on your head to keep it warm and cover the ear muffs. Not much could get through either at work or from Queen Pauline.

Thanks for the glass of wine Pauline, I will do my best tomorrow but as I am one hour ahead of you in UK my bed is calling as we have had a long day today. Good luck everyone for tomorrow - I can't begin to imagine what she will come

Do you think the shrubbery antics are becoming popular??
