I see there are numerous references in this forum to a McMillan quiz. Could somebody tell me what this is and where it is to be found?

He is the setter of the Macmillan quiz. If you use the pm ( private message ) facility on his email you can ask him to email it over to you. Otherwise if that fails let me have your email address and I will forward it on to you.
