This is hard....Which school selected a song as its school song about 15 years before it became the national anthem in that country? I have googled and yahood but cant find a reference to the school itself. Can anyone please help me out here as it is driving me nuts?

Thanks, I have found that but it does not tell us the school unfortunately. Everythings leads to that but nowhere can I find the school mentioned. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
