Are those places actually mentioned in the books or are they film locations?
perhaps the question is a bit ambiguous.
I thought more than those 2 northern locations were used in the films according to the imdb website.
These were two locations mentioned by location manager Simon King during a BBC interview , and can be read on BBC Where I live, Hollywood on Tyne.
