I think this is spelled Pauciloquy
I think geo0939 is probably correct - I'd found two words appearing to mean virtually the same thing in the Phrontistery - pauciloquent of few words; speaking little

Don't wish to be controversial but is'nt Pauciloquy from the latin not Greek?
