Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Is it worth joining the telegraph crossword society ?

I can only see one GK crossword listed, the Sunday one which I already receive and would like to know what else is available before parting with $70 odd [rough conversion from Aussie $$s to UK pounds]

I'm looking for GK specifically, am hopeless with cryptics.

If you are not into the daily cryptic or quick crosswords, it is not really worth your while, as there is only the once-a-week (Sunday) General Knowledge puzzle.

Why not though try to get into the swing of cryptics

Herculis is GK on a Monday, but not available to society members , so not a good deal for GK lovers.

Hi seekeerz, we joined with a temporary membership while we were in Canada last year and you can't get the GK crosswords on there, apart from the Sunday one. So if it is the GK ones you want - then no it is not worth it.

Herculis is no longer - The compiler died just before Christmas - we now get just a Monday GK. I could email it to you most Mondays if you want it.

Thanks everyone, thought it was a good idea to check before I went ahead and I guess the answers 'no'

JimJools - is the Monday gk the same as I would get in the weekly expat version ? If not, I'd be very interested in a copy if we could organise that - I'll check with you a little later.

regarding the cryptics 08012006 - thanks for the suggestion but I think my grey cells are a little too old to teach new tricks - I should have started years ago !! thanks anyway S

I'm not sure it may be the same, but we also get a Saturday GK crossword, a larger one. I could send you that one if you want it.

As for the cryptic one - I'm with you. :-)
