Does any other AB member suffer from these? And what have you taken to help relieve the symptoms. Primrose oil tablets have not helped.

No, I don't suffer with it....

just thought I would pop in when I saw your name to check how you were???

How are you sweetie xxx
Yes, I do, and often quite terribly. Last year I worked with a nutritionist to modify my eating because of hypertension, and she recommended increasing my calcium to combat PMT, which I've done mainly with a daily yogurt and an ounce of cheese. I can't tell if that alone made the difference (my new eating also includes a LOT more veggies, fruits and lean meats plus a daily iron pill to combat anemia), but the mood swings are less volatile and shorter in duration.

Good luck to you.
Apparently it is only called PMT because Mad Cow Disease was already taken.
I used to suffer really badly when I was on the pill.

I came off the pill & have been pretty much ok since ~ maybe a little grumpy a day or so before but probably more grumpy when aunt flo arrives and it feels as if my guts are being ripped out :o(

The pill suppressed period pain...so I was in a no-win situation!
Ahhhhh, poor thing..... Try Starflower Oil pet, they're twice as powerful as Evening Primrose Oil.... x
Watched that "you are what you eat" programme once and there was a woman who was a terror to live with when she had PMT and Gillian McKee said PMT often is due to lack of zinc in women.
The woman started taking zinc as a supplement and she changed completely. Don't know if it's worth a go
