can anyone tell me how and where abouts to cut nicotiana cut flowers ( i have grown some in my garden )

These are half-hardy annuals, I'm not sure if they will come again once the stems have been cut. there are several drarf hybrid varieties that range from 9in-11/2ft (22.5-45cm) and taller varieties up to 3ft (90cm)
