I don't think so, but you could try here to see if they can help:

I have a friend whose father is a Blackfoot Sioux, I asked him when you first posted. and he said he'd find out, i'll get back to him, although I would tend to think that Octavius is right,

One option might be to contact one in the States and ask them.

aaytre eahsg frorr!
i don't believe i have ever heard of blackfoot sioux. i've heard of blackfoot or blackfeet and there are maybe a dozen different sioux tribal names but i am almost sure blackfoot is not one of them. the oglala sioux lived in and around near the blackhills in south dakota however. this was crazy horse's tribe in his day.

Not an answer exactly but there is a fairly strong link between the city of Salford and the Sioux nation. If you google "salford sioux" you should find links to a rather interesting story about native americans in Manchester during the 19th century. You might be able get in contact with Steve Coen who has done lots of research into the descendants of the "Salford Sioux". He may know of an organisation in the UK.

'Blackfoot Sioux' was the name of an early-70s band.
