i'm stuck on these last three questions can anyone please help 1)which country sends most letters abroad 2)name the two countries who joined the eu in 2004 without borders 3)what have sil and microsoft got in common thanks in anticipation

1 depends on whether "most" means a total or a proportion. I'd say all Vatican City letters must go abroad, but in total they will be lower than other large countries.
Assuming 2 means no borders with other EU countries, then Malta and Cyprus (Greek part). (Cyprus Greek section borders Cyprus Turkish section which is not in EU)

3. SIL (State Informatics Limited) is a Microsoft certified partner
