I need help with last two Dingbats.
25. The word BOMB written three times beneath each other on the left, and on the right, the word HADES written twice beneath each other.
I have seen an answer as Bombshell (bombs-hell) which is a great answer but it doesn’t take account of Hades being written twice which would make it Bombshells.
37. Michael 7
Lewis. 7 (underlined)
Juan Manuel 5
Alain 4
Sebastian. 4
The obvious answer could be Hamilton, but that doesn’t account for the numbers by the side of each name which is the number of times each has won the Grand Prix world championship.
Any help much appreciated.
Mallyh. I should have said that the setter expects you to make use of everything that is in his dingbat. So he wouldn’t have put the numbers in if the weren’t to be used. His golden rule states “Answer the dingbat, the whole dingbat and nothing but the dingbat”.
I think the numbers are used to indicate that they are F1 drivers. If the numbers were not present there is no way of telling that. Therefore there would be know way that you could know that the Lewis referred to Hamilton.
Hamilton hasn't been adapted into a movie yet though, unless they're including the films stage version they have on Disney+ at the moment (which is a bit of a stretch)
Thank you Tuvok. I’m into F1 so I new who they were and that they were all champions but I wasn’t really happy about ‘Hamilton’. Just hadn’t made the connection that he was the last one to win. Seems so obvious now. Thanks again.
