While uncommon, glossy ibis do turn up in Britain each year (perhaps measured in the dozens, rather than hundreds) and are included in the RSPB guide to British birds. There have been only single figure instances in total of frigate birds recorded in Britain over the years, probably blown well off course by extreme storms, they are not in the RSPB guide, and it's stretching things a long way to call them British birds.
