Good Morning Early Birds!

Friday. All calm outside, just a very gentle breeze. If it stays like that all day I'll be happy enough! Nothing to do except collect the paper, no shoplifting needed...I think! Which usually means I'll remember something while I'm out.
A pleasant enough day yesterday, met some friends while out around the shops, stopped for a coffee with two of them. The task of the day is to decide what to do for lunch.

still got this lurgy, sneezing and wheezing, can't figure out what to take slept on and off too, which isn't helping.

Oh dear. Not good emmie. I can't think of anything else to help.

there is nothing to be done but two weeks and i still feel rough..
doctor will be phoning maybe today to check up on me, she knows how ive been and will talk with the medical team at the surgery...

i have tried all sorts to make me sleep, nothing has worked, except to cost a lot.

Which keeps you awake worrying about the cost!

not really, just can't seem to sleep through. got a few hours in i guess.

Emmie...have you tried just having a long soak in the bath with something like lavender?

I can't think of anything other that to read until you're tired. It works for me.

don;t have a bath, only a shower. i can get to sleep no problem but i wake up sometimes 4 times in the night

I'm the other way round. I find it hard to go to sleep. I'm also up many times in the night but kinda sleep walking up.

I don't have a bath either. A wet floor shower room.

i am wide awake at all ours, but give up around about this time, and finally get up...

still maybe the doctor can suggest something, but i don't hold out a lot of hope. The headache is still with me.

I hope so emmie. A permanent headache is not good.

no it's not. the doctor told me to stop all the meds as they aren't working, so i did.
