Not sure if you are being ironic or not, so to err on the side of caution - the Moderators are unpaid.

They are invited to be Moderators by the Editorial Team, and they clear spam and ensure Site Rules are adhered to anytime they are on line, which like every AB'er, is when they feel like it.
