Only Connect - Wall Style Question

Friend went to a quiz and was asked to connect the answers in sets of four and then give the connection. She wrote down the words but has forgotten the answers and it's driving me to distraction!!

Words were: Timothy, Tea, Ginger, Corn, Potato, Penguin, Dragon, Couch, Arrowroot, Rice, Rye, Man, Room, Fescue, Digestive, Spelt

I have
Rye, Timothy, Fescue & Couch as types of grass
and
Arrowroot, Peguin, Ginger & Digestive as types of biscuit

Can anyone sort the other eight out (or maybe I'm wrong and the others need resorting)

yeah I got
spelt rice potato corn as staples
and
that leaves Room, Man, Dragon and Tea
and they can all take the prefix - green

Ginger, arrowroot and digestive sound ok for types of biscuit but Penguin is the name of a biscuit. Would that be in with the other 3?

Digestive biscuits are not a brand, pp. They are just a type of biscuit. There are many different producers of digestive biscuits.
