The answer was suggested a few days ago when you asked. maybe you didn't see it or perhaps you weren't convinced. it seems teh best answer to me although the clue could have been better- eg "throw a cowboy".
I am puzzled by the odd use of capital letters in mid sentence on some of these clues- I'm not sure if the capitalisation is significant

Maybe 6407 saw my suggestion but also saw it called into doubt, that's why they asked again.

I agree it isn't perfect grammatically.
