85 could be princess ......press surrounds (N)igerian leader(i)n (c)arge
I can't match any I'm afraid. It looks like 12 should be something to do with knights on a chessboard and 85 should be something to do with a princess - N(igeria) in I(n)C(harge) in Press
71 "R & U" left ruby = (RU)BY + R(omeo) O(scar) + Lay backwards = ROYAL + order + Command
= By Royal Command
71 Could therefore be King Canute - commanding the sea to retreat
Question Author
So if 71 is by royal command the question I have is family has the force to be able to refute without a judge
Question Author
But I like your thinking
that could be the kin(G) canute one
Family = KIN
force + G(force)
aable to = caan
refute without judge = (Ref) UTE
KING CANUTE
sorry missed take ref (judge)from refute
Do you have another spare answer now, Smurf?
12 Queen of Spades
2 Queens on a chessboard and passed is an anagram of spades
Question Author
So all I have is 85 the newspapers surround Nigerian leader who is in charge
And answer changing of the guard can anyone get it to fit or I will have to go through the quiz again
Question Author
But if 85 is poss princess the spare one I have is
“daughter”
'changing' is an anagram indicator
Question Author
Thanks just got it yes anagram
:-)
