So, he hasn't seen a single doctor since the day of his admission . All he has seen are nurses daily who administer his medication. Said nurses have told him he has a personality disorder but are are already,y talking about his discharge! He said he feels rested and a bit better after no alcohol and some sleep, but hasn't really got anywhere.

Sqad's Comment makes sense . Mental health issues are not like an infection where a few days of antibiotics clear it up and there is almost an instant effect. The nurses will be specialist mental health nurses and they will be monitoring nalit, in this case 'no news is good news' .
It means he is not getting worse, treatment and observation will continue after he is released. I hope the hospital has informed the court and / or his solicitor about the situation as it is crucial that they know, so that his illness and ongoing treatment can be taken into account in any sentence.

Sad to hear that Nailit hasn't seen a doctor - it would be nice to get a bit of reassurance from one. He (Nailit) probably thinks is this all worthwhile but if you are reading Nailit - enjoy the rest and don't worry about the court - take one day at a time.
