It seems like a lot of people dislike the humble Brussels sprouts but feel obliged to eat them at Christmas time.

Could sprout-fed turkey's be the answer ?

Blimey - one spark in the plucking shed & you'd never see Christmas Day ...
Do turkeys eat sprouts?
Good idea, Chip. Suggest it to Bernard Matthews if I where you.
Brassicas rule !!
Was she an iron age queen, Mamya ?.
Fowl of any sort will eat any kind of vegetable! Possibly a goer, Chipchopper.
I'm worried that I haven't put mu sprouts on yet - do you think that if I load them into the pressure-cooker they will be OK by Christmas? :(
You thinking of Boadicea, Yont? Or Boudica?
Don't think Boudicca had a bra Tony
Aw, Chip.....what's the poor turkey ever done to you?...... :-(

I have a friend who hates...hates...sprouts. Every year we have the ritual of having to watch her eat one sprout.....her face is so worth it!

Her gift from me this year is.....a sprout gift box:

One box of chocolate sprouts....
Six dangly paper sprouts to hang on the tree.....
One tea towel.......covered in sprouts....
One badge declaring.....SAY NO TO SPROUTS!....
One blinged up sprout stalk......☺
Ah yes Yilly. First one when I was at school second one these days.

trying to catch them might be difficult, they may have jet propulsion!
That is cruel, Gness!
I'm a Boudicea person too, Yont.
I know, Tilly....but she was my SENCO at school....and revenge is sweet...☻
If she did have a bra would it have been like Madonna's, Daisy.

My mother used to buy me bras like that, Tony.....but in cotton....from a stall on our market....

The bra used to arrive at school five minutes before I did.... :-(
I've always thought of you as an up front type of gal, gness.
I bet it had circles stitched on it, Tilly.
Sorry, gness.
Oh yes, J......circles......and more circles.....you know the sort? No woman was ever that shape.....☺

There's up front, Tony....and there's forging ahead....and by heck did I forge......x
